Shipping Policy
Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 business days after your order is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within Australia
We offer standard and express shipping via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery time:

Standard: 3–7 business days

Express: 1–3 business days
Shipping fees are added at checkout and vary depending on your selected shipping method.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship to countries outside Australia.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 days of purchase, please contact us at info@godpacks.au with your order confirmation number.
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchanges & Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of the TCG industry, we do not accept Exchanges or Change of Mind Returns/Exchange. Except in the event of damage during transit.
Please ensure you are certain of your purchase before completing checkout.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take care in packing, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at info@godpacks.au within 7 days with:

We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
